We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk from Alte Liebe harbor, Edeka and Lidl. the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing a lovely breakfast with fresh fruits every morning. Our room was clean, cosy, with comfortable beds. We appreciated having a small fridge and the bathroom with fresh towels and carefully tided up every day. We enjoyed the character of the old building, which makes it a unique experience.
The absence of an elevator made it a bit challenging to climb up the stairs with heavy luggage.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cozy ambiance of the hotel. the breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of fruits and a caring service. I also enjoyed having a small fridge in the room, which was useful. the location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to a popular harbor attraction.
. There was a lack of English proficiency among the staff, which created communication difficulties.

Great breakfast and location! The breakfast had a good variety of fruits and pastries. The location is ideal for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. Plus, the hotel was located near some popular historical landmarks, which was a great bonus. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.
The lack of service on New Year's Day was very frustrating. We had to wait outside for over an hour until we found out that there was no service that day.
